I cannot recommend Guardian Plumbing and Scottie highly enough.

I called in an absolute panic after my kitchen tap came off and my living space started flooding badly. I’m not sure exactly how much water came out, but it felt like hundreds of litres, probably more. I was literally splashing through my own lounge room when I called.

He arrived so quickly, within about 15 minutes, and was immediately calm, kind and solution-focused. The first thing he did was tell me to take a deep breath, which honestly helped more than he probably realised. He turned the water off, brought in a water vacuum, replaced the tap, cleaned up what he could, even mopping the floor while I slowly put everything back in its place, and he gave practical advice on how to manage the remaining clean-up, including dehumidifiers and next steps.

On top of being clearly excellent at what he does, he was genuinely lovely, funny, personable and reassuring at a time when I was very much not having the best day.

An absolute lifesaver. Thank you so much.
