We had a broken in wall toilet cistern and the parts were difficult to source. Scott from Guardian Plumbing scoured the internet and found a solution. If he hadn’t it would have meant ripping the wall out and putting in a whole new toilet and cistern. I can’t recommend Guardian Plumbing highly enough!!

Our sewer was blocked on the first night of lockdown, desperately rang Guardian for assistance and Scott showed up in the morning and fixed the problem within an hour, also gave us advice on heater and other things. We then contacted Scott for the third time, to change our main water filter system and he helped us get that done within a few days. I highly recommend Scotty and his team.

Scott is a great plumber who know his trade well. Took on a big job that required him to remove part of all wall and replace old fragile pipes. After we got the wall repaired by a tiler he even dropped by to do the finishing touches to the shower taps.

If you are looking for a plumber, I would absolutely recommend Scott. I will be using him for the foreseeable future.

Really pleased with my experience with Scott! I had previously had plumbers come in to look at my low hot water pressure and a really stubborn kitchen sink that kept clogging – no such luck, they left without solving either issue. I gave Scott a call and he was able to come in within a day or two to assess. He told me clearly what his rates were when he arrived. Clear and direct communication; he was honest and realistic when providing options/solutions to replace my hot water system. He also put in some serious elbow grease trying to unblock my kitchen sink (he says he likes a challenge though!!!). Finally, for the first time in MONTHS, my kitchen sink is draining perfectly. He offered to make a few quick adjustments to various pieces of plumbing that have made a world of a difference. Will absolutely be calling Scott back (but not too soon I hope, ha!)

A leaking hot service saw me emailing Guardian Sunday night. Amanda called next morning and inspection arranged for Tuesday. Installation on Friday by the awesome Scott – voila hot water! Very professional. Kept me up to date with attendance times. Very happy.
