Really pleased with my experience with Scott! I had previously had plumbers come in to look at my low hot water pressure and a really stubborn kitchen sink that kept clogging – no such luck, they left without solving either issue. I gave Scott a call and he was able to come in within a day or two to assess. He told me clearly what his rates were when he arrived. Clear and direct communication; he was honest and realistic when providing options/solutions to replace my hot water system. He also put in some serious elbow grease trying to unblock my kitchen sink (he says he likes a challenge though!!!). Finally, for the first time in MONTHS, my kitchen sink is draining perfectly. He offered to make a few quick adjustments to various pieces of plumbing that have made a world of a difference. Will absolutely be calling Scott back (but not too soon I hope, ha!)

Scott is a really great plumber. He managed to navigate the unexpected difficulties with our new but old strata property’s challenges in relation to water meters when we called him out to fix a leaking shower. He also correctly identified and fixed the shower issue!He also fixed our kitchen drain so as to eliminate very worrisome gurgling noises that we feared were caused by blockages-but were not.Scott is a plumber with excellent knowledge and is a really nice fellow!Highly recommend!

Leek between cistern and bowl was fixed in no time at all with no further issues.I needed Scott to return to seal a leek at the pan outlet which just decided to appear after he left.He returned later that day without delay an stopped the leek.I would certainly recommend Guardian Plumbing & Blocked Drains for any plumbing work you may require.

Can’t fault, Guardian, plumbing, from the lovely ladies who answer the phone to Scott who came and fixed our bathroom, vanity taps, and while fixing them noted that the hoses needed replacing which saved us the stress of having to go through broken hoses one day. Definitely a cat above the rest.

I was really impressed by the effort and patience that Scott put into solving the leak at the back of my toilet cistern, always punctual, efficient, and keen to find a solution that wouldn’t be too costly, it took several trips but he persevered and got there in the end, the invoice was very reasonable too. Arrived very quickly and fixed our problem without any mess compared to our last emergency plumber! Even took the time to make sure there were no extra blockages and that our pipes were clear. We had sewerage coming back up through our shower and Scott was able to calming fix it with minimal damage. Would highly recommend 🙂
