I called in an absolute panic after my kitchen tap came off and my living space started flooding badly. I’m not sure exactly how much water came out, but it felt like hundreds of litres, probably more. I was literally splashing through my own lounge room when I called.

He arrived so quickly, within about 15 minutes, and was immediately calm, kind and solution-focused. The first thing he did was tell me to take a deep breath, which honestly helped more than he probably realised. He turned the water off, brought in a water vacuum, replaced the tap, cleaned up what he could, even mopping the floor while I slowly put everything back in its place, and he gave practical advice on how to manage the remaining clean-up, including dehumidifiers and next steps.

On top of being clearly excellent at what he does, he was genuinely lovely, funny, personable and reassuring at a time when I was very much not having the best day.

An absolute lifesaver. Thank you so much.

I’m at the top of an old 60’s block of apartments. I struggled with really poor water pressure for years. After many other plumbers either over quoted or couldn’t figure out the problem, I had given up in frustration. I’m so glad I tried one more time and got in contact with Guardian. Straight away Scott understood exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He found a solution that was smart, efficient and saved my bathroom from any damage. He fixed a problem that’s been driving me crazy for years, and in just a day!!! I can’t recommend him enough. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience. If you’re looking for an honest reliable plumber who really knows their stuff, trust me call these guys!!!

I couldn’t recommend Scott more highly for his knowledge and honesty. He took the time to properly think through the problem and proposed a way of installing a new hot water system with less lag time and inefficiency.

In the end, he suggested an electrician might be able to repair the existing gravity fed system, effectively doing himself out of a job, and he was right. This was after several other plumbers had told me it was beyond repair. Thank you Scott!

We had a broken in wall toilet cistern and the parts were difficult to source. Scott from Guardian Plumbing scoured the internet and found a solution. If he hadn’t it would have meant ripping the wall out and putting in a whole new toilet and cistern. I can’t recommend Guardian Plumbing highly enough!!

Scott is a great plumber who know his trade well. Took on a big job that required him to remove part of all wall and replace old fragile pipes. After we got the wall repaired by a tiler he even dropped by to do the finishing touches to the shower taps.

If you are looking for a plumber, I would absolutely recommend Scott. I will be using him for the foreseeable future.

Really pleased with my experience with Scott! I had previously had plumbers come in to look at my low hot water pressure and a really stubborn kitchen sink that kept clogging – no such luck, they left without solving either issue. I gave Scott a call and he was able to come in within a day or two to assess. He told me clearly what his rates were when he arrived. Clear and direct communication; he was honest and realistic when providing options/solutions to replace my hot water system. He also put in some serious elbow grease trying to unblock my kitchen sink (he says he likes a challenge though!!!). Finally, for the first time in MONTHS, my kitchen sink is draining perfectly. He offered to make a few quick adjustments to various pieces of plumbing that have made a world of a difference. Will absolutely be calling Scott back (but not too soon I hope, ha!)
