Can’t fault, Guardian, plumbing, from the lovely ladies who answer the phone to Scott who came and fixed our bathroom, vanity taps, and while fixing them noted that the hoses needed replacing which saved us the stress of having to go through broken hoses one day. Definitely a cat above the rest.

We have had Scott to look into different plumbing issues over the years. He is responsive, on time and knowledgeable. We have had one ongoing toilet issue that other plumbers have assessed as not fixable that we should consider renovate the whole bathroom until we met with Scott. With Scott’s expertise, he came up with ingenious solutions for the problem.

I was really impressed by the effort and patience that Scott put into solving the leak at the back of my toilet cistern, always punctual, efficient, and keen to find a solution that wouldn’t be too costly, it took several trips but he persevered and got there in the end, the invoice was very reasonable too. Scott provides a really great service, I highly recommend Guardian Plumbing for professional, quality, cost effective service.

Arrived very quickly and fixed our problem without any mess compared to our last emergency plumber! Even took the time to make sure there were no extra blockages and that our pipes were clear. We had sewerage coming back up through our shower and Scott was able to calming fix it with minimal damage. Would highly recommend 🙂

I highly recommend Guardian Plumbing they are excellent, professional, fast, friendly and the pricing is really good. I had a new shower head put in my bathroom, new washers for leaking taps and taps repaired. Taps that were so old and Scott had a solution and did a terrific job and was so fast, efficient and polite. I have been calling Guardian for my plumbing jobs and also even my wall furnace for quite a few years now of course all jobs with excellent results. Amanda who took my booking makes it so easy and is just so helpful and professional.I have have other tradies from Guardian and the are also brilliant. Scott was really honest, reliable and reasonably priced. He provided helpful advice and dispelled a previous plumber’s lie that my drains were collapsed and needed to be completely replaced. He poked a camera down the inspection point and showed me the drains were in good condition and simply had some thirsty tree roots finding a weak point and creating a blockage. I would recommend this company and use their services again.

Scott is the only plumber we would call. He has just helped us with the refurbishment of our bathroom and always has the best advice. We couldn’t recommend him more!—–We’ve completed two extensive Richmond house renovations over the last 10 years and our second renovation was completely managed by Guardian plumbing. Scott was so thorough and patient with us, guiding and advising us. It took 3 years in total and Guardian plumbing was there every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ve even joked to Scott that I’m going to miss him and his crew now that it’s all over. Maybe we might be inspired to do a third house!

I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to mention that Scott was fantastic. His quote to move our gas line was too good to pass up and it was done very quickly and professionally. Communication with the office was also excellent. He also took the time to give us some pointers for our DIY reno and fixed a small leak that wasn’t part of the scope. Definately recommend guardian plumbing.

Friday afternoon our hot water stopped working and I called Guardian, my go to plumbers. Zach was absolutely amazing. He finished the job he was doing in the suburb next to us and came straight to our house within the hour. Yesterday, I identified a leak under my laundry sink and called Guardian and I spoke with Zac Maywood. I was super-impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He asked me to send him through some photos. Zac arrived next day and promptly identified the source of the leak in one of the connections and swiftly replaced it. Zac then pointed out an issue with the washing machine waste in that it didn’t have a waste trap and that it might cause a bad odour; I said there had been an offending odour for some time and he offered to install a waste trap, which he then completed. Both jobs were done and dusted within the hour. I was so completely satisfied with Zac’s knowledge and helpful manner that I cannot recommend him more highly ! He is a super-professional and courteous tradie and I highly recommend him.

Used Zac in an emergency, my hot water unit had burst. He was so responsive, really good communication, and could work out my problem from some pictures I sent to him. Really nice bloke, came on time when he said he would and gave me up to date info, letting me know when he was on the way. Came out on a Sunday, upfront on the price which was really reasonable. Efficient, and didn’t leave any mess behind. Walked me through the new system, it looks great and great workmanship. Honestly very impressed and a pleasure to deal with
